Microsoft Access - Add Multiple Controls To A Form With A Single Visit To The Toolbox (Access 2000/2002/2003)
If you need to add multiple controls to a form, you don't have to continually click on the control in the Toolbox and draw it on your form. To make things a little easier, you can first double-click on the desired control icon in the Toolbox. When you do this, you'll be able to add as many controls of that type to your form without clicking on the icon multiple times. Once you've added all the controls you need, simply click on the same control icon (or any other control icon) to turn the feature off.
